Light not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This street light No 11 has not been working since January. A repair man has been out three times to fix this, and at no time has it ever been alight. This road is poorly lit anyway so having this street light not working makes it very unpleasant to walk down in the later evening especially if you are a female. I would like you to fix this problem ASAP.
