Hedge fallen into cycleway footway

Route along A4421 Skimmingdish Lane has hedge blocking the route. There are also other areas from Bicester Heritage to Launton Rd roundabout . The fallen hedge is pictured as is the exact what 3 words location making it easy to find. Land registers inform me this is a OCC hedge along the whole route. Local elected member copied in.
