Pavement not maintained and is a hazard to pedestrians

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 11:36, Sat 2 July 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This pavement has never been maintained, the resident of Greytop has had to cut the grass to allow pedestrians to use it. During winter it becomes very muddy and not useable as a footpath, in summer it is very uneven and not suitable for less able bodied pedestrians. Crossing the road is not an option for the resident of Greytop (when wanting to go outside (e.g posting a letter on the same side of the road) as he is unable to walk without assistance and crossing the road is a danger even to able bodied pedestrians as it is a very busy road and vehicles usually don't obey the speed limit. This segment of path should be covered in tarmac so it can be used for its intended purpose.
