Hedge overgrown now completely covering the 30 MPH sign and "Merton" village sign on LHS of road when entering village

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

No roadside maintenance of verge or hedge on entrance to village, this has now overgrown over the speed limit sign and village name sign. Vehicles constantly speed through the village and not having visible signs does not discourage speeding vehicles.
