The traffic lights on the rose hill rounabout are not working and causing major traffic jams

  • There's constantly major jams & traffic backups at this roundabout, regardless of the traffic lights being out. There is too much traffic flow for the residential area. Even more so, as the LTN's are closing off usable side street access.
