Obstruction of pavement

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Resident reporting Dog guide charity has set up gazebo opposite The Westgate on Bonn square is obstructing the pavement . They were there yesterday and again today. Resident states he was asked to walk on the road, he in concerned as this is a bus route.
