Footpath does not have dropped Kerp

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Our driveway have a dropped kerp , so all the cyclist, elderly people scooters , baby strollers and elderly people with walking sticks have to use our kerp to go through. We are fine by this but it does cause problem by people hitting the fence and breaking it. And if the car not parked in fully then it makes it hard to go through.

  • Unfortunately ODS only have funding to maintain existing infrastructure and carry out safety defect works to the highway and don’t have funding for improvement works, local councillors have allocated budgets for small improvement schemes like this therefore we would suggest that you contact your local Cllr to see if they have any funding to assist with your enquiry.
