Sunken curb and roadway pavers

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 18:04, Tuesday 28 June 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For quite some time the Brick pavers have been sinking into the gound. I have asked OCC now three times to send someone out to look at the problem. The attached pictures show the repairs to the public path. The curbstone is now a trip hazard. The road itself is a public path as well used by the 'school run' and I have seen kids go a pearler regularly. The street cleaning machine brushes the path, and it has collapsed the paths edging stone (behind the camera on the picture with the yellow notes). I beleive that there is a water course under the road that has washed out the sand / grit from the ballast. The depth of the sinking has been gradual, the trip hazard remains.
