New bulb out in but the shield not replaced

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

You have previously out a shield on the back of the light on the corner of somerton road and the b430, as it completely lights up my ground floor bedroom. But when you replaced the broken bulb no shield has been replaced. I have asked several times about this.

  • I have sent a job to our contractors today, apologies, this should have been done as a matter of course when then lamp was replaced.
