Pavement Slab raised very high - uneven ground

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A Large rectangular paving slab, directly outside the museum has raised a lot so the footpath is now very uneven.

This caused a accident to a MoP recently which resulted with bad injuries
