30 mph sign still in place and shouldn't be

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 10:58, Monday 27 June 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cowley Road / Oxford Road was recently made 20 mph along the entire stretch. There is still a 30 mph speed sign in place which has become more noticeable now that the hedges have been cut back.

  • There is no point in these signs apparently . I asked about it too . It’s up to the police and they have other things to do . There is no real intention to slow traffic , reduce pollution etc . It’s just a pretence . Well it’s the thought that counts .
