Lights possibly showing green for 2 sets of traffic

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Lights (permanent only) category anonymously at 16:51, Saturday 25 June 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I pulled out of Shakespeare drive and turned right when the lights went green for me. A van coming from my right failed to stop for the traffic light line, eventually stopping well past the line, i assumed he had misjudged braking or was an idiot but as i drove away i looked in my mirrors to see the lights were green for him. They may have switched quickly, but i think it's important to check as there is a high risk of a nasty crash here.
