Telegraph pole lighting covered in shubery

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Shrub growing up telegraph pole covering the light and going round electric cables, I cannot read the number on the pole because it is covered in to much shubery it is next to timber top, 46 station road, brize Norton. Ox183qa, I have not got a smart phone so cannot tell the 3word location
