The hedge is so overgrown on to the path that you can no longer walk side by side with your child. They have to either walk on ahead on their own (on a busy corner) or you have to walk on the road to be next to them. Corner of Wensum Crescent.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On the corner of Wensum crescent it is now impossible to walk side by side with your child. 2 people can not walk side by side on the corner path. The hedge is so overgrown that you either have to send your child off ahead on their own (very busy corner) or you have to walk on the road to be next to them. Small child fell off their bike as they only had a small part of the path to navigate on. To avoid the hedge they fell off on to the road. It’s been getting bigger and bigger for a long time. The sign is getting hard to read.
