Potholes and raised ironworks in cycle lane

Reported via mobile in the Manhole category anonymously at 20:52, Friday 24 June 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are a number of drains and ironworks which have become raised or lowered from the road surface. These are located in the cycle lane and at the edge of the other side of the road and are deep enough to mean cyclists have to go into the rest of the carriageway to avoid them, putting them at risk of collision with cars on a narrow road. The uneven surface areas start next to the pedestrian crossing opposite Keble College chapel, where water accumulates and forces cyclists into the carriageway also. The uneven surfaces extend along until the pedestrian crossing by the Museum.
