Overgrown hedges

Please can the hedges outside the OCC Woodcote Library be scheduled for a cut as soon as advisable to cut? They are getting out of control and as you can see from the photo, you can hardly see the bin. This goes for the hedge outside the library and along the boundary of OCC Woodcote Primary School.
