Three places on Valley road where shrubs block the pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 14:08, Fri 24 June 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hedging at numbers 53, 29 and above Tilebarn lane are forcing pedestrians off the pavement in order to pass by. The overgrowth has been there for a considerable amount of time ( years?) but has reached the point where there is insufficient space to walk on the pavement, at least in the first two locations. Above Tilebarn Lane, the brambles hang down to below head height and cause a hazard.
