Unsafe - Verges and White - poor re-instatement

Following on from recent (and continuing) utilities works to Broughton Rd the contractor has not reinstated safe verges to the highway. In places the verges, to the widened highway, are greater than 1ft in height. Further to this where in some locations they have reinstated the highway road markings (white lines) in others they have not. Really the whole line should be replaced as thee are patches of none, faded and very bright white lines which is very confusing. The works are ongoing and need to be inspected as they do not look like they are to highways standards/specifications.
