Tree on pavement overgrown, branches on my property causing a mess

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The London Plane tree, for which the council is responsible, is completely overgrown. The branches are all overhanging my property, blocking the light and shedding leaves daily - for which I am having to pay to get it cleaned. There are lots of leaves in front of the property as well, which I have clearned weekly. The tree needs to be trimmed, branches on my property need to be chopped and the leaves nuisance dealt with.
