Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Directly opposite 32 Garsington Road on the cycle path at the other side of the road (on the left hand site when coming from the city) the branches of a tree or trees or hanging so low that I have to duck to prevent them hitting me on the head when I am cycling on the cycle path.
