Updates

  • Hank you for recently contacting Oxfordshire County Council regarding the Newbury Rd West Toucan Crossing. An Engineer has checked the operation of the crossing and found it to be working as intended without any current faults. The crossing does have a Queue detector on the side road which will put a demand for the crossing (for gap creation purposes) when several cars are queued waiting join the main road. While onsite this was also found to be working as designed. We will continue to monitor the operation of the signals.
