Overhanging vegetation on footpath by main A44

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A44 northbound at 50mph signs passed flower beds, rampant vegetation sprawling onto footpath making it dangerous to navigate with lorries etc on the road.

  • Thank you for your report and our apologies for the late reply. Our Highway Officer has programmed in to our work schedule a cut back of the footway along the A44 from Woodstock to Judd's Garage. Once this is completed he will also request a work team widens and edges out the footpath so it is restored to it's proper width.
