New school road markings and speeding cars

Reported via desktop anonymously at 05:59, Wednesday 22 June 2022

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Since the new orion accedemy has opened knights road has been extended to the new school gates. there is no signage to say you are approaching a school except some very tired looking yellow zigzags which are a distance from the new building due to the amount of taxis and other vehicles going to the school i feel there should be traffic calming measures in place as the traffic enter and leave the school along the new bit of road too fast over the speed limit of 20 miles an hour. where the old school gates were is also a bridal path that crosses the road which is used my a lot of children attending other schools in the area. The new road looks like an unfinished project please could someone look into this as i feel it wont be long before there is an accident.
