Flashing light

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The street light has been flashing for over a week now. It flashes at night when on. The lamp is at the very end of Exbourne road on the corner of Victoria road at the ock street side. There is a sign saying Exbourne terrace near it.
