Please do not suggest vandalism unless you have hard evidence of it. It may have been an accident or an emergency situation. That is why the bollards are flexible in the first place.

No bollard there at present. Road cone keeps being removed. Traffic speeding up and down Southfield Road. Come on County, how long does it take you to sort this? It was first reported over a month ago. So much for the LTN trial. WE NEED A FIX PLEASE. And I would appreciate a reply.

The council is working on a fix but it is incredibly expensive unfortunately. Please contact finance@oxfordshire.gov.uk if you would like to donate the £12,000 a month needed to fund the LTN scheme.

Bollard still missing as of Wednesday 22nd evening. The cost of replacing them should be covered by the perpetrators of the criminal damage and yes there is plenty of evidence
