Bollard missing... Again

  • On Sunday an ambulance was unable to pass the James St Bollard because someone had put several large cones which blocked the Rd. The ambulance driver was using lights and siren but was obstructed by the cones. She had to leave the ambulance to continue on foot. Now there are 7 or 8 large traffic cones which would hamper any emergency service further and would delay things by several minutes. The bollard is in place but has a cone balanced on top of it. This is extremely dangerous and I would urge your immediate attention.
