A sinkhole has opened up on the cycle track/footpath, near the pedestrian/cycle crossing for the Heyford Hill roundabout. This is next to the trench recently dug for the electric cables related to the vehicle charging station at Redbridge. I've included a picture with my son's shoe in frame for scale. The cavity under the asphalt is bigger than the hole, so the sinkhole may get larger.

  • Where this was patched up, another small sinkhole has appeared next to it. Requires further repair, and perhaps a larger investigation.
