Very long grass causing visibility issues

Hi, I reported this problem last week and was told it was resolved, but nothing has been done, so I think the location must have been slightly incorrect. As you can see from the photo the grass is very long and means we cannot see the traffic as we pull out of tulwick lane. This is on the east side of the a338, opposite the bellinger garage.
