Access cover has been covered in tarmac

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Recently a rectangular shape has been appearing in the tarmac that was applied to the pavement in the street a few months ago. I previously reported a cover that hadn't been re-exposed after the covering and that was discovered and opened back up. This is another one! I've attached a photo from Google Street View of the location of the original cover. It's now just completely covered over by the work that was done to renew the pavement surface.
