Pretty much the whole of Bullingdon Rd is a problem. Bins are left outside on the pavements, bushes and hedges extend well beyond the perimeter of the houses. Ditto James street. It makes it really difficult to walk on the pavement with a buggy and yesterday a blind man was really struggling to navigate past the bins and his white stick was unable to detect overhanging bushes. My blind friend also has injured her face with this issue. Pleases could you ask residents not to fly tip their bins and please could you enforce the issue of gardens not extending onto the pavements. Too many houses to mention individually.
