Hedge overgrown

The hedge has been left for many years to grow over the road resulting in the narrowing/restriction of the road/traffic so only a single car can get through at a time. It also causes a blind spot for multiple properties pulling out of drives. Have cleared some away but the hedge is not growing on my property and the other property is rented out.
