We noticed this morning that the lamp post outside the carpet shop is leaning over: it appears that a car probably crashed into it. It’s definitely a new problem: we would have noticed if it had happened any earlier.

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
