Bollard broken off at Zebra crossing on Broughton Road

The bollard that indicates the pedestrian refuge area to the NE side of Zebra crossing on Broughton Road (NE side of roundabout) has been broken off. It appears this has been dumped in the middle of the nearby roundabout!
