26 Arbury Close - Large area of pavement damaged and has now became a trip hazard

The pavement outside my house is becoming very dangerous, there is a trip hazard and is an accident waiting to happen, the pavement has sunk below the curb, (see attached photo) just as you cross the road and the pavements all around the close are deteriorating very badly and crumbling away on a weekly basis and will create a slip hazard due to the loose Stones and broken tarmac, there are many young children and it’s becoming unsafe.
