Hedge has been allowed to grow until it has almost completely blocked the footpath. When the bins are put out you have to walk on the road

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, in front of 11 Denton Close, Botley, see photos, and assessed the issue that you have identified. I have requested a 28 day notice be sent to the owners of this property, whose vegetation is overgrowing and obstructing our footway, to cut it back.

I re-visited this site on 13/07/2022, and noted that the owners, of 11 Denton Close, haven't cut back their vegetation overgrowing and obstructing the footway, see photos. I have, therefore, requested another letter be sent to these owners, asking them to cut back this vegetation, overgrowing and obstructing the footway, within 14 days of receipt.

I re-visited this site again on 04/08/2022, and noted that the owners, of 11 Denton Close, still haven't cut back their vegetation overgrowing and obstructing the footway, see photos. I, therefore, requested another letter be sent to these owners, asking them to cut back this vegetation, overgrowing and obstructing the footway, within 7 days of receipt.

  • Thank you for your report. I re-visited this site yet again on 12/08/2022, and noted that the owners of 11 Denton Close have now cut back their vegetation overgrowing and obstructing the footway, see photo. I am therefore closing this report.
