The problem is recurring - a bollard that cannot be vandalised easily e..g metal is required.

  • The bollards need to be flexible to allow emergency services through. One side effect of this is that if someone has an accident and crashed into the plastic bollard it will be destroyed. Sadly this shows that the LTN scheme is not workable and needs to be scrapped.
