Narrow railway bridge

Need traffic lights on the bridge. There isn't any lines on the road to tell people to stop that are coming from Ardley to let the people coming from Somerton direction come through on their right of way. There is a sign telling them to give way but I don't think they can see it, as a man in his big black posh car came hammering through the narrow bit blaring his horn and forcing me nearly into the bridge as I was going over. It's not the first time either! I've seen it happen when I've been walking. They can't see coming from Ardley to Somerton ! Somethings not right there?
