Hedges and grass have overgrown the pavement. Pedestrians are being squeezed into the cycle path. Pedestrians are being knocked over by scooters and bicycles.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hedges and grass have overgrown the shared pathway along old road from the section of windmill road to lime walk by the hospital entrances. Pedestrians are being forced into the cycle path (shared pavement). Pedestrians being knocked over by bicycles and scooters. Please cut back the hedges again.
