Surface Water Drainage issue

This is a repost due to the original March 2022 report being closed without any action. In my opinion it should only be 'closed' when the issue has been attended to. Passing the issue on to another person is not in my opinion dealing with the matter.
Highways Response
Thank you for your report, I have emailed the highways and drainage technical officer responsible for this area quoting him my original report number D22920145 requesting that he investigates the issues you have previously highlighted.
Original Report
Please note this matter has been previously raised verbally with Steve (Highways South) and related to my driveway being flooded by surface water drainage. Years of build up of road planings have undermined the dropped kerb normal clearance to the extent that water just runs into my driveway and floods it. As Highways are responsible for road maintenance using planings to sort the issue either the dropped kerbs need to be raised or the excess height of the road reduced. As it was raining today the photos attached hopefully demonstrate the problem.

The road has been resurfaced today (2.7.2022) and as a consequence this has made the situation worse in undermining the dropped kerb to our driveway.
