Driveway washed away from A44!surface water

Over a period of time water from the a44 has washed away our drive, to the extent we are now grounding our cars underneath to access the highway. Following a meeting with a county council Employee regarding the new bus lane, he, and the drawings provided, offer proof this is your responsibility. My suggestion therefore is the driveway be properly resurfaced when the road is resurfaced and the correct drainage be installed

  • Hello, Thank you for your report. We will contact transport and infrastructure team which is responsible for A44 bus lane scheme and pass this issue to them. Hopefully this can be included in their work program. Can you also confirm full address affected property please. Regards
