Overgrown path etc

Reported via desktop anonymously at 15:24, Thursday 26 May 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The footpath that leads from Webster Close, round the back of the garages into Simmons Way has become ever so overgrown it is virtually impassable comfortably and is an eye sore. In addition it looks as though Webster Close residents have been dumping their garden waste along that stretch too. The elderberry and weeds are taking over and there is graffiti on the garage walls too. A place that regrettably a local alcoholic tends to hang around there now, probably feeling secluded. This makes for a really unpleasant footpath now as it has been neglected the height of the elderberry/weeds are also hindering the street lighting along the pathway and is way above fence height which is not pleasant to see from the Parliament Road properties who's garden fence these rampant weeds grow along. Please arrange a tidy up of this neglected area.
