Footpath in need of widening and resurfacing

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 10:41, Tue 24 May 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Unfortunately I cannot access the shops as the bushes and verge have overgrown the pavement. The pavement also slopes towards the road making it very dangerous. It should be maintained and repaired as it cannot be accessed by wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Council ref: ENQ22925408

  • Agree that this whole footpath area needs to be cleared - the trees and bushes encroach onto the pavement making it difficult to pass. There is a huge amount of invasive ivy that needs to be removed all along this area to make space and provide visibility of Drayton's beautiful new village green.
