Long delays being caused by temporary traffic lights by layby. Lights need to be timed to match the flow of traffic! Incredibly long queues towards Ardington direction in the morning & only a few cars on the other side! Then long queues again towards Wantage direction in the afternoon/evening. Please adjust timing of lights accordingly!

Happens every time without fail whenever temporary traffic lights are placed on the A417.

No one at OCC ever learns, or listens.
