Ploughley Road has been closed by contractors for weeks with no work in progress ? The picture taken was at 9am on a Monday morning so where are the workers ? This is planed until December and is unexceptable.

  • Thank you for your report. You are correct that these works are ongoing and will be until late this year. As such there is a lot of work needed to be done in surrounding areas as well as at the junction itself. As for this particular day, we assume that the time this picture was taken, the workers were most likely on a comfort break as they have very early start times for prepping each day as well as active labour. Hope this eases your worries somewhat. Kind regards
