I've reported on numerous occasions to have this hedge cut which is now blocking the foot path .I've been informed earlier that it is not the Councils responsibility but as now the footpath is unusable locals and students are now walking on the roadway.Another excuse that was used was that birds were nesting .If you could possibly contact the relevant people who should tend to this hedge we would be grateful. We have contacted the managers of the stores on the retail park they are saying its not their responsibility. Residents need your help to please resolve this issue before their is an accident.
