Syreet light intensity

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Replacement LED light is extremely bright (blue light high intensity) and floods my daughter's bedroom, preventing her from sleeping properly. I wish this to be replaced with a softer, less bright/less blue light bulb.

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
