Horrendous Road Surface Problem

The quality of the road surface on the Hill and High Street in Steventon is getting worse and worse on a daily basis. There has been so much heavy traffic through the village this week that several of us are experiencing major house shaking and vibrations. My loft rafters are continually creaking. Others have cracks appearing in their properties. This is an extremely serious matter and you do absolutely nothing about it. The level of noise and stress this week is another issue although I realise this is not your department.
