Missing light baffle

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

During recent work the streetlight outside number 16/17 had its head replaced, however the previous light had a shade/baffle to prevent over illumination of the houses/bedroom windows. The new light is much brighter and has no shade or baffle so the light which is angled on the corner is illuminating the houses as well as the path and road.
