Hedge overgrowing footpath

Reported via Android in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 10:52, Sunday 15 May 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Once again the property's in Mill Street are allowing their hedges to overgrow the footpath. The photo is of the hedge opposite number 20. The hedge further along towards the bus stop as you head towards church Street is also starting to come across the footpath. These hedges need cutting back to the property boundary not allowed to grow behind. Why should us pedestrians have to walk on the road?
