Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A strip of metal is projecting from a utility cover on the pavement near Mace Stores on Abingdon Road, Drayton OX14. It's a potential trip hazard and could cause a nasty injury. Will be a worse hazard at night. White insulation tape has been wrapped onto it as a tag to try to make it show up to pedestrians. This has popped up within the past day (as at 14.05.22).
